We must thank the multiple farm owners for the opportunity to share their amazing landscape, this event could not be possible without your support.
Challenging in places. Magic views.
Elevation Gain/Lose: 338m
Age Restrictions: 9 years and over. 9-11 years accompanied by participating adult. 12-16 years with the permission of a guardian.
A nice cruisey start from boat club on sealed road before heading up gravel road to farm entry. Nice ride across farm before some climbing at around the 7km mark. May have to dismount a couple of times. Once to the peak of the climb (8.5km) you can spend time looking around the landscape. A few short climbs and downhills then onto the exit downhill with some neat turns. Comfortable sealed road ride back to the club. Boothill (14km) is another good opportunity for a photo opp, then zip down to finish back to the club.
Epic climbs. Stunning views.
Elevation Gain/Lose: 1011m

The first 4km starts with a gradual climb before entering private farmland. The scenery is fantastic at the 8.5km point. A fun climb before a zippy downhill over dry farm tracks. Nice turns with some bumps to navigate. Sealed road ride, then onto an epic uphill climb on gravel farm road. Steep with opportunities to stop and take in the view. Bit of relief at the end of the steep climb and then more climbing over farmland which was very challenging. Peak elevation: 310mtrs over 10km. Changing landscape between different farms. Some fun single tracks between patches of bush. At the 21km mark you exit onto gravel road used by local farmers only. Easy contour with more awesome scenery. Long downhill over gravelled roads for approximately 4km. Ride out to sealed road with some incline riding. Another view point around 34km mark. Fun downhill on sealed road before cruising along flat harbour road. Last little climb brings you to another sweet spot for photos and again a short fast downhill flattening out back to the boat club.
